Here is the readling list online! (more to come)

This is my personal blog dedicated to my new team at UCLA. We have a lengthy title to express our vision for the future - to become a student consortium - something that involves cohesive collaboration between talented individuals to get results.

It's about doing your part. In social psychology, it is shown that group think hinders progress, while individual ideas on a specific part can be pieced together with others doing the their own piece. We are an organization, so each "organ" works independently and collaboratively.

If you commit to do your part, then you'll see results. Imagine if everyone commits to do their part... how great that outcome will be.
